Submitting SAFE Companies Audits

Please note instructions for audit submissions by courier and drop off have changed due to our office shutdown for COVID-19.*

While electronic submissions are preferred, audits can be submitted to the BC Forest Safety Council through any of the following methods:

  1. Go Paperless. Make an electronic copy of your documentation and either:
  2. Courier or use a tracked service to our Nanaimo office.

    * During our office shutdown for COVID-19, send an email to accounting@bcforestsafe.org that includes:

    • Courier type/name and,
    • Tracking number.


  3. Drop off at our Nanaimo office.
    • Open 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
                * Drop-off at our Nanaimo office is temporarily unavailable due to Covid-19.

Audit Already Sent

If you have recently sent your SAFE Companies audit, please check our website to see if your audit has been received, or you can call toll-free 1-877-741-1060.

Audit Results, Certificates and Returned Audits

We will email audit results letters and SAFE Certificates where applicable. Hard copies of both of these can also be mailed to you via Canada Post upon request.

For Companies requesting their hard copy audits be returned, we will mail your audit back to you via Canada Post.
