Safety Innovation
In an industry where safety is crucial, West Fraser has taken a proactive approach to improving workplace conditions with an innovative program called “That’s a Good Idea Friday (TGIF).” Beginning in September of 2016, the TGIF initiative was designed to encourage employees to share “Safety Initiatives ” throughout the organization, with the overarching goal of delivering positive messages centered around good practices and safety improvements.
