Safety Innovation
In an industry where safety is crucial, West Fraser has taken a proactive approach to improving workplace conditions with an innovative program called “That’s a Good Idea Friday (TGIF).” Beginning in September of 2016, the TGIF initiative was designed to encourage employees to share “Safety Initiatives” throughout the organization, with the overarching goal of delivering positive messages centered around good practices and safety improvements.
