Safety Alert
The barker operator called to have barker tool arm inspected. Millwrights attended and locked out. The operator tested and the cut-off saw operator verified. An FLRHA was completed. Millwrights pulled the first ring and found a tool arm had broken off and one of the knives was chipped.
