Safety Alert
An employee was seriously injured as a result of being crushed by the wheels of his vehicle during a tire change.
The employee decided to change the flat tire while his truck was parked on a slight decline. Once the tire was replaced, the employee crawled under the front bumper to release the jack. At that instant, the truck rolled forward injuring the employee.
