BCFSC has just released the second video in the ERP Planning video series highlighting the importance of emergency response planning in forestry operations, particularly on steep slopes.
The latest video demonstrates challenges crews should consider and be prepared for to help ensure all workers know how to respond to an incident. It also demonstrates the importance of conducting regular emergency response drills to verify the effectiveness of ERPs and the opportunity to identify weaknesses and implement improvements based on drill results.
