Loader Tip Over
A worker was using a wheel loader to move a large portable fuel tank. He suspended the tank
from the loader’s left fork using a pre-rigged bridle (sling). While manoeuvring the loader back the
worker fully extended the lift arm and forks to clear an obstacle.
