Safety Alert
A truck driver pulled up to the truck dump to dump his first load of residuals at 7am. The driver noticed the B-train drop deck hydraulic pump was still running from the last B-train truck load at 3:30am. The driver discovered the tipper shack was full of smoke. He immediately shut down the pump and called the loader operator for assistance.
