Safety Alert
A forklift driver was driving into truck trailer to load pulp units into the trailer. The felt floor on the fifth unit gave way under the weight of the forklift and its load (picture to left). The forklift driver was wearing a seat belt. They turned off their machine and exited the trailer on foot and called the supervisor.
