Cinch on Loaded Log Truck Came Loose Striking Vehicle
A Log truck with a full load hit a large bump on a bridge approach and cam over chain cinch became loose. As the driver was pulling over to tighten the cinch, the cinch got caught in the tire and flew into oncoming traffic smashing the windshield and side mirror of an oncoming pick-up.
