Determining if COR Auditors are current

Auditors are considered current and qualified to perform COR audits, for the level the auditor is trained to when:

  • Their COR Auditor Qualification1 as shown on their most recent Audit Results letter has not expired, OR
  • Less than three years have passed since the auditor successfully performed their first audit, OR
  • They have completed appropriate2 training within the last three years.

  1. On audit results letters before October 2025 refer to the “Auditor Training Expiry” date.
  2. For renewing a COR auditor’s qualification, refresher training, or approved OHS training is required.  If a COR Auditor’s qualification expires due to not taking refresher training, or not performing two audits in the last three years, they will be required to take initial training.
