Trainers – Training and Assessment

Trainers are experienced and/or certified in the area they are training or assessing. They are role models within their industry. They lead by best practice and demonstrate leadership qualities.

There are two options for training:

1. Free online training. Click on the link below to access the Learning Centre. If you don’t already have a username and password, click on the Create New Account button on the Learning Centre log in screen to self register.

2. Choose to Download the Learning Resource Modules below. By choosing this option, the training will not be tracked and a record of completion will not be issued.

  • 1063 - Planning Training Logistics

    This course will allow you to demonstrate knowledge of:
    - Logistics necessary to prepare for training
    - Logistics in the training environment

  • 1064 - Develop, Implement and Modify Lesson Plans

    This course will allow you to demonstrate knowledge of:
    - Developing lesson plans
    - Implementing lesson plans
    - Modifying lesson plans and feedback

  • 1065 - Facilitating Group Training

    This course will allow you to demonstrate knowledge of:
    - Classroom and field instruction
    - Classroom and field management

  • 1066 - Fundamentals of Coaching

    This course will allow you to demonstrate knowledge of:
    - Coaching techniques
    - Code of Conduct for Coaches
    - Coaching and coaching plans
