WHILE ON A FIRE AN EMPLOYEE WAS FILLING BACKPACK PUMPS AND CARRYING THEM TO THE FIRE LINE. THE EMPLOYEE PUT STRAP ON ONE SHOULDER AND STARTED GETTING UP BEFORE THE OTHER STRAP WAS SECURE ON HIS OTHER SHOULDER. THE STRAP GRABBED HIS ARM BACKWARDS AND HE DISLOCATED HIS SHOULDER.

Learnings and Suggestions: 

IF LIFTING HEAVY OBJECTS DO NOT LIFT FROM THE GROUND UP WITHOUT GETTING ASSISTANCE FROM ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND ONLY LIFT WHAT YOUR BODY IS ABLE TO LIFT
