Sometimes I have 10 ppl working, and sometimes 25 ppl. Usually it’s about 15. Small or Large co.?

Companies should base their company size on how many workers are on the site at peak season.  In this instance, you would be classified as a large employer because you have more than 19 workers at peak season.
