Recently in the Okanagan region of the province, there have been several trucking-related safety incidents on both highways and logging roads. Although there is no single related cause for all of these incidents, it must be noted that winter conditions have arrived and therefore driving habits and awareness need to change accordingly.

Gorman Bros. Lumber Ltd. considers vehicle and travel safety a high-risk activity. The company is sharing some quick tips and a poster to distribute and/or post in appropriate areas (see attached pdf).
