Details of Incident / Close Call:

Processor operator was driving a pick-up in “empty “ on the Milburn Lk bush road
Met a loaded “Chip\Hog” truck (hauling for a different contractor) at approximately 1 km. The operator of the pick-up did not hear the “Chip” driver call on the posted channel for the road and noted that this driver as well at least one other “Chip” truck driver were talking on a different frequency.
Location that the vehicles met was wide enough for the vehicles to pass but there was potential for a serious incident.
Other equipment operators noted issues with this group of trucks not using the posted frequency.
