Learnings and Suggestions:

Drivers are reminded that we have seen a number of freeze and thaw events already this year and as this accident indicates, these conditions can be treacherous for driving.

As a result of this accident, drivers are advised to be aware of changing weather conditions and slow down during severe conditions.
Drivers are also reminded to wear their seatbelts, as incidents of this nature could lead to more severe outcomes if they are not used.
