Workers stopped at a gate to gain access to the road - one worker moved the 4WD pickup truck forward through the gate while the second worker went to close the gate. The first worker (vehicle driver) placed the vehicle in "park" and then slid over to the passenger side. The vehicle rolled back striking the heavy
steel gate driving the*/** gate into the chest of the second worker. Worker sustained serious multiple injuries and was transported by ambulance to hospital. |
