Approximately 12 feet of the top of the tree was thrown 80 feet through the air into the windshield of the parked crew transport vehicle coming to rest against the steering column. |

He put one foot in the truck to depress the clutch, not realizing the truck was in reverse gear, he released the clutch, the truck leapt back and pinned the victim against the retaining wall. |
